Without cooperation, a local public health improvement program wouldn’t be done perfectly. Without the sufficient information from the local people, it would be so difficult to determine what kind of actions that we should do.

 There are many kinds of local information that could give us the better chances to determine the perfect program. But to determine the perfect programs we would need to have the perfect info.

 Usually, we should make some interview to the local community. The problem is; some of them still prefer to keep some data for several reasons, and one of the reasons is privacy.
